When you place an order, you will be able to select from standard (7-10 business days) shipping time and express (3-5 business days) delivery. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Should you have any questions regarding shipping times please feel free to contact support.
You may return most new, unopened, cell phone and tablet items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on cell phone accessories.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or you can contact support and request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The shipping cost for all returns is at the expese of the customer.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
